OBITUARY

     Gertrude MacDonald, the daughter of Robert MacDonald, was born at Sugar Loaf, Pennsylvania, on May 15th, 1872.
     When a small child her parents moved to Friend, Nebraska, later moving to Leadville, Colorado in 1886.
     She was united in marriage with Samuel H. Horner on March 1, 1890. To this union were born four boys, two of whom now living; Mervyn J., of Othello, Wash., and Sam R., of Goldendale.
     She was a member of the First Congregational church of Telluride, Colorado. She moved to Goldendale April 1, 1911 and continued to live here until the time of her death on April 1, 1934, at the age of 61 years, 10 months and 15 days. Besides her immediate family she leaves four sisters and three grandchildren.
