GUY HARTER

     Guy Harter, 43, born April 26, 1961, in France, died May 19, 2004, of multiple injuries from a pickup accident in Indiana, where he was working.
     He graduated from Glenwood High School in 1979, and from Yakima Valley Community College. His early years were spent logging in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. In 1994, he joined his dad working for Casey and James Harding, doing millwright, ironwork and welding.
     He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in White Salmon.
     Mr. Harter is survived by daughter Jennifer Harter, Goldendale; parents Gary and Gloria Harter, Glenwood; sister Gina Moss, Goldendale; three nephews Taylor, Jeremy and Jefrey; and many relatives and friends.
     He was preceded in death by sister Glenda in 1977.
     A memorial service was held Friday, May 28, 2004, at the Park Center in White Salmon.

     Guy Harter, 43, originally of Glenwood, died May 19, 2004, from multiple injuries due to a pickup accident.
     He was born April 26, 1961, in France, to Gary and Gloria Harter. Harter graduated from Glenwood High School in 1979 and from Yakima Valley Community College, with a degree in diesel mechanics. His early years were spent in logging in Washington, Oregon and Alaska. In 1994, he joined his dad working for Casey and James Harding, doing millwright, ironwork and welding work.
     Harter was a member of Grace Brethren Church in White Salmon. He liked to hunt, fish and spend time outdoors. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
     A sister, Glenda, preceded him in death in 1977.
     Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Harter, of Goldendale; his parents, Gary and Gloria Harter, of Glenwood; a sister, Gina Moss, of Goldendale; three nephews and many relatives and friends.
     A memorial service will be held Friday, May 28 at the Park Center in White Salmon.
