The funeral of Henry Blankenship was held Thursday afternoon at the home of Alvia Kuhnhausen. He had been a sufferer of dropsy for many years and passed away Tuesday morning. He was laid to rest in the Mt. Adams Cemetery. Many friends gathered to pay their last respects. He was the older brother of Mrs. Alvia Kuhnhausen. The community extend their sincere sympathy to the bereaved family.

The funeral of Henry Christian Blankenship, who died on October 23, was held in Glenwood yesterday. He was a brother to Mrs. Eva Kuhnhausen. Gardners Funeral service had charge of the burial.

Henry Christian Blankenship, born February 15, 1870, in Missouri, died October 23, at the home of his sister, Mrs. Alvier Kuhnhausen, at Glenwood, about 30 miles northwest of White Salmon, where he came to reside about a year ago.
