UNDERWOOD MERCHANT DIES IN PORTLAND HOSPITAL

     Henry Kapp of Underwood died in a Portland hospital on Thursday of last week. Mr. Kapp had operated a meat market in the eastern part of the county for many years and was well known all over the Columbia river valley where he has bought and sold stock for a number of years. His wife died just a few weeks ago. He is survived by several sons and daughters.
