HENRY F. LENKE

     Henry F. Lenke of Glenwood died last Tuesday in Goldendale. He was 98.
     Mr. Lenke was born on Feb. 3, 1894 in Sargent, Neb. to Caroline L. (Schuette) and Henry A. Lenke. A master cabinet maker, Mr. Lenke moved to the area in 1980. He was a former member of the Lutheran Church and enjoyed fishing.
     He is survived by a daughter, Jeanette Clemmer of Glenwood; son, Henry Lenke Jr. of Klickitat; brother, Albert Lenke of DeKalb, Ill.; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two brothers and seven sisters and an infant son.
     Graveside services were held last Tuesday with vault interment at Mt. Adams Cemetery in Glenwood.
     Contributions may be given to Glenwood Cemetery Association in care of Glenwood Grange.
