HARVEY MOON

     Harvey L. Moon Sr., a White Salmon-area resident since 1947, died July 4 at Skyline Hospital in White Salmon at 82.      Mr. Moon was born April 25, 1902, in Cooper County, Mo., to Mr. and Mrs. George O. Moon. He married Ida Martin Feb. 27, 1926, in Exerter, Calif., and worked for himself hauling logs and training horses.
     He is survived by his children, Harvey L. Moon Jr., Houston, Mo.; Mary Lou Harper, Farmersville, Calif.; Dale L. Moon, Mollala, Ore., and Norman L. Moon, Klickitat; sisters, Clara Hoffman, Loma Linda, Calif., and Frances Cedars, Sacremento, Calif.; a brother, Jess Moon, BZ Corners; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
     Graveside services were Monday in Appleton Cemetery, with Pastor Bryan Holt officiating.
