HARVEY M. BENJAMIN
Harvey M. Benjamin of San Bruno, Calif., died Sunday,
Oct. 18, in Burlingame, Calif., at the age of 53.
He was born Aug. 13, 1934 to Harry and Katie Benjamin
in Canada. He was a long-haul driver for American Environmental Trucking
Co., and a veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Benjamin is survived by his wife, Terry, San Bruno;
mother Katie of BZ Corners; sons Klint of BZ Corners, Harry of Arizona and
Harvey of Fort Collins, Colo.; daughters Tina Vargas of San Bruno, Candie
Stanlay and Diana Benjamin, both of Fort Collins; brother Rudy of BZ Corners;
sisters LeLane Post of Portland, Ore., Faye Hill of Underwood; and nine
grandchildren.
Services for Mr. Benjamin were held Saturday, Oct. 24,
at the chapel of Gardner Funeral Home, White Salmon. The Rev. Robert Long
officiated. Services also were held Wednesday, Oct. 21, in the San Bruno
Funeral Home. Interment was in the Trout Lake Cemetery. Gardner Funeral Home
was in charge of arrangements.
