IRVIN F. DOLEZAL

     Services for Irvin Franklin Dolezal will be held Saturday, Feb. 6 at 11 a.m. in the United Methodist Church of Hillsboro, Ore.
     He died Jan. 31 in the Hospice House at Portland, Ore., at the age of 64. Mr. Dolezal, who had homes in Hillsboro and Trout Lake, was born in Kildeer, N.D., and graduated from the University of California in 1947. He moved to Hillsboro in 1949 and, in 1952, married Helen Schmid Silen at Trout Lake. He worked for Bonneville Power Administration for 27 years as an electrical engineer; he retired in 1979. Mr. Dolezal served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
     Survivors include his wife Helen; daughters Ann Hillson of West Linn, Ore., Kay Dolezal of Aloha, Ore.; son Charles Dolezal of Portland; stepsons John Silen of St. Helens, Ore., and Keith Silen of Goldendale; foster son Gary Newell of Hillsboro; sister Lorraine McIlonie of Los Angeles, Calif.; brothers Howard of Port Ludlow, Wash., and Wayne of Grants Pass, N.M., and nine grandchildren.
     A memorial service for Mr. Dolezal will be held later in the spring at the Trout Lake Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society or a church of choice.

     Memorial service for Irvin Frank Dolezal will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in First United Methodist Church of Hillsboro. Mr. Dolezal died Sunday at Hospice House. He was 64.
     Mr. Dolezal was born in Kildeer, N.D. and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and moved to Hillsboro in 1950.
     Mr. Dolezal worked for Bonneville Power Administration for 27 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hillsboro.
     He is survived by his wife, Helen; two daughters, Ann Hillson of West Linn and Kay of Hillsboro, a son, Charles of Portland; two stepsons, John Silen of Warren, Okla., and Keith Silen of Goldendale, Wash.; a foster son, Gary Newell of Hillsboro; a sister, Lorraine McIlonie of Los Angeles, and two brothers, Howard of Port Ludlow, Wash., and Wayne of Grants Pass, N.M.
     Disposition will be by cremation with burial at Trout Lake Cemetery, Trout Lake, Wash.
     The family suggests that remembrances be contributions to the American Cancer Society or to the First United Methodist Church of Hillsboro.

     Irvin Frank Dolezal, 64, Hillsboro, died Jan. 31, 1988, at Hospice House.

      Mr. Dolezal was born in Kildeer, N.D, and graduated from the University of California in 1950. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
     He had lived in Hillsboro since 1950 and worked for Bonneville Power Administration for 27 years.
     He married Helen Schmid Silen in 1952 in Trout Lake, Wash.
     Mr. Dolezal was a member of the United Methodist Church of Hillsboro.
     Survivors include his wife, Helen Dolezal, Hillsboro; three children, Ann Hillson, West Linn, Kay Dolezal, Aloha, and Charles Dolezal, Portland; two step-sons John Silen of Warren, Okla., and Keith Silen, Goldendale, Wash.; a foster son, Gary Newell, Hillsboro; a sister, Lorraine McIlonie, Los Angeles; and two brothers, Howard Dolezal, Port Ludlow, Wash., and Wayne Dolezal, Grants, N.M.
     The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or towards the purchase of a piano for the First United Methodist Church of Hillsboro.
