IVAN KEEL OF GLENWOOD DIES AT SKYLINE
Mr. Ivan Keel, a long time resident of Glenwood, passed
away at Skyline Hospital on March 23, 1970.
Mr. Keel was born on April 3, 1902 in Blockhouse, Washington.
He moved to Glenwood in 1915. On January 1, 1928, he was married to Emma
Huffsmith in Goldendale, Wash. He had worked as a timber faller most of his
life.
Surviving Mr. Keel are: his wife, Emma of Glenwood, a
son, Truman Keel, also of Glenwood, his mother, Mrs. Mary Keel of White Salmon,
a brother, Dean Keel of Ocean Park, Washington and a sister, Nettie Dean
of Portland, Oregon.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 26 at
the White Salmon Cemetery, with Rev. Eugene Haynes of the Bethel Congregational
Church officiating.
