SERVICES HELD MONDAY OCT. 9 FOR IVAN MARSH
Ivan Marsh who passed away at Skyline hospital on Oct.
7, 1967 was born at Endicott, Wash., on Feb. 24, 1898. He spent most of his
life at Trout Lake, Wash., moving to White Salmon 2 years ago.
He was a farmer who in later years worked as custodian
at the Trout Lake school and at the Elks Club in White Salmon.
He is survived by: his wife Arline V. Marsh of White
Salmon; 3 children, Mildred Downen of Olympia, Wash., Mrs. C.W. Thompson
of Portland, Ore., Wilber Marsh of Underwood, Wash.; 2 sisters, Mrs. Tracey
Lee of Richland, Wash., Mrs. Ed Chittenden of Freeland, Wash.; 1 brother,
Eugene Marsh of Benge, Wash.; 12 grand children and 7 great grand children.
Services were held on Monday afternoon, Oct. 9, at Gardner's
Chapel in White Salmon at 3 o'clock. Interment was at the White Salmon Cemetery
with B.P.0.E. Lodge 1860 in charge of the service.
Mr. Marsh was a member of the Trout Lake Grange and the
Mt. Adams Elk Lode in White Salmon.
