PIONEER PASSES AWAY

     Mrs. Jane Barverstock, who has been a resident of this county for over thirty years, died at her home on the Crofton Prairie Tuesday at 4:30 in the afternoon. Mrs. Barverstock had been somewhat ill for the past three weeks, but the principle trouble was old age, she being past 78 years of age. She is survived by four sons and a daughter. The funeral was held at the home at three o'clock Wednesday afternoon, services being conducted by Rev. J.E. Adams. The burial was in Spring Creek Cemetery.
