JOHN CASTLE

     John Crocket Castle, a lifetime resident of Klickitat County, died Nov. 23, 1995, at his home in Lyle, at the age of 61.
     Mr. Castle was born Aug. 6, 1934, in Monroe, to Anne (Shannahan) and Garver Castle. He was a rancher all his life and loved blacksmithing and restoring John Deere tractors.
     He married Gail Jones on Nov. 5, 1966.
     Mr. Castle is survived by his wife, Gail, Lyle; and sister Bette Cole, Juneau, Alaska.
     Memorial services for Mr. Castle were held Monday, Nov. 27, 1995, at Lyle Grange, with Rev. JoDene Romeijn-Stour officiating.
     Interment was private.
