Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Troh received the sad news of the death of their daughter, Mrs. Josephine Coolidge, in Oakland, Calif., Saturday, July 9th. Word of her passing was sent to Irma Johnson at Yakima who notified Mrs. John Gilmer at Snowden. As it was Sunday and "Central's" day off, it was necessary for Mr. and Mrs. Gilmer to drive out and deliver the message. Her death came as a shock to the entire community as she had just been here a short time ago on a visit. And although not entirely recovered from the auto accident she had experienced in February, she seemed her same lovable, jolly self. She possessed always a zestful enjoyment for everyday life, entering into sports, pleasure and work with the same keen sense of enjoyment that pervaded all of her activities so that it gave one pleasure just to come into contact with her. She made friends wherever she went. Everyone mourns her loss and join in extending to the bereaved parents and relatives, their sincere sympathy and condolence. Rev. Good, of Trout Lake, conducted the Funeral services which were held Thursday afternoon in the Glenwood church. The remains were laid to rest in the Mt.
