"Trout Lake News"
Funeral services were held at the local church Saturday afternoon for one of Trout Lake's best loved citizens. J.E. Reynolds, who had passed away of a heart attack Thursday afternoon, July 9. He had lived in Trout Lake for the last thirty-two years. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star. White Salmon Masons conducted the services at the grave. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, Mrs. Daisy Reynolds, and a host of friends.

Funeral services for John Edward Reynolds of Trout Lake
were held at the Trout Lake church Saturday, July 11 at 1:30 with Harold
Hood officiating. The White Salmon Masonic lodge performed Masonic services
at the grave.
Mr. Reynolds was born in Missouri March 30, 1863 and
died July 9, 1942 and was 79 years, 3 months and 10 days of age at the time
of his death.
Surviving is his wife, Daisy.
