JOHN J. SHERIDAN
John James Sheridan passed away at The Dalles Feb. 24.
He was born July 13, 1907 at Spokane. He had lived in
Wishram since 1940 and was a 37 year employee of the railroad at the time
of his retirement.
Survivors include his wife Grace L., Wishram; daughters,
Dordena Adams and Patricia Wilde, both of Wishram; son John, Federal Way;
brother, Barney, San Diego, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, three great grand children
and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass was celebrated Mar. 27 at Holy Trinity Catholic
Church in Goldendale with Father John Marasciulo and Father Daniel Greene
as celebrants.
Honary pallbearers were William Garrett, Edward Meske,
Time Delaney, Dick Land, Ray Olson, Jim Hatfield, Tom Delaney and Keith
Chamberlin. Active pallbearers were Russell Richardson, Jerry Sherman, Bill
Brown, Eddie Gabbert, Don Fifer and Kenneth Ratliff. Interment was in the
Holy Trinity Cemetery.
