     Mr. J.J. Snyder, an aged man who has resided in Goldendale for some time past, died Dec. 16th. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Carstens at the Baptist church on Thursday afternoon. The deceased had lived for many years at Lyle, to which place the body was taken for interment. Mr. Snyder was highly esteemed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a wife and a number of grown children.
