DEATH COMES TO JAMES L. STARK
James L. Stark, 27, passed away Sunday at about 10:30
a.m. at St. Elizabeth hospital, in Yakima of heart trouble. He had been ill
about six weeks, it is reported.
Funeral rites for the youth, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. N.
Stark of Goldendale, will be held from Phillips Chapel Sunday at 2 p.m. and
interment will be made in the Spring Creek cemetery.
James' survivors besides his parents includes three
daughters, Berneice, age 7, Betty, 5, and Bessie, 4; three brothers, Bill
of Auburn; Ben of Wichita, Kansas; and Wilbur of Goldendale; three sisters,
Mrs. Mary Smith and Mrs. Dorothy Battin of Tacoma, and Mrs. Eta McCalster
of Wichita, Kansas.
