"Lyle News Notes"

Lyle, Wash. (Special) Aug. 24: -- James Miller Curl was born at Scio, Oregon, Feb. 27th, 1849, passed away at Lyle, Wash., August 20th, 1935. Funeral services were held at the church in Lyle, Thursday the 22nd. He leaves to morn his loss two daughters and 3 sons and 3 grandchildren. Mr. Curl had made his home with his son Frank of Lyle for the last few years. He came to Lyle in 1901, and had a host of friends that will miss him.
