PIONEER RESIDENT DIES THURSDAY

     J.W. Staats, old time resident of White Salmon, aged 79 years, passed away Thursday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at his home in White Salmon.
     Anderson's Funeral home will have charge of arrangements. No known relatives survive. Burial will be in the White Salmon I.O.O.F. cemetery. No date has been set for the services.
