KATHRYN M. REASON

     Kathryn Marie "Kay" Reason, 55, passed away in a Yakima hospital early on Tuesday morning after a lengthy illness.
     She worked for the Klickitat County Public Utility District (PUD) for 17 years as a receptionist-cashier.
     Born in Deadwood, S.D. on Dec. 28, 1922, she lived in Goldendale for 26 years before moving to Yakima because of ill health. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
     She is survived by husband Everett, Goldendale; daughters Mrs. Sherry Murphy, Yakima, Sandra Gates, Selah and Pam Reason, Pullman; sons Joe Agularia, Portland, Ron Sherman, Aberdeen and Pat Reason, Spokane; mother Mrs. Louise Corbett, Goleta, Calif.; brother Thomas Ormsby, Goleta, Calif. and 14 grandchildren.
     The Rosary will be recited Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity. The mass of Christian burial will be Friday at 11 a.m. with Father John Marasciulo at Holy Trinity. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Goldendale. Shaw and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
