Funeral services for L.C. Davis, formerly of Underwood were held Monday at Goldendale with graveside services in Underwood.

LINN C. DAVIS, 84, VICTIM OF ACCIDENT, DIES
Linn C. Davis, 84, struck at a Grant and Main crosswalk
on January 29, died February 5 at Klickitat Valley Hospital, first traffic
fatality for the city this year. The elderly man's death, his physician reported,
resulted from shock and complications following the accident. Injuries had
included a pelvis crack, bruises and internal injuries; after apparently
doing well the first day or two. Mr. Davis had developed a congestive heart
condition, and had been in critical condition for most of the week preceding
his death.
Funeral rites were held Monday, February 10, at 11 a.m.
at Knosher Funeral Home, with the Rev. M.B. Ketcham officiating, followed
by interment at Underwood, Wash.
