MRS. E.C. TWIDWELL PASSES AWAY
Louella Musgrove was born at Chancey, Illinois, February
7, 1866 and passed away at Vancouver hospital January 10, 1945 at the age
of 78 years and 11 months.
She came west with her parents in 1872 settlling at Fords
Prairie, Chehalis county, Washington. In 1878 she moved to Elma, Washington.
She was married to E.C. Twidwell April 4, 1886. To this union were born five
children: Mrs. Kate Ada Bess of Milwaukee, Oregon; Mrs. Ethel Harris, of
Portland, Oregon; Carl Twidwell, of White Salmon; Mrs. Leone Jensen, Eugene,
Oregon, and Boyd Twidwell, of Vancouver, Washington, all living.
In 1909 she moved to White Salmon, where she resided
until her death. She was a member of the First Christian church of Portland,
Oregon. In 1936 they celebrated their golden wedding in Portland.
She was a quiet lovable woman making many friends wherever
she went.
She is also survived by her husband, E.C. Twidwell, one
brother, John Mossgrove, Oakville, Washington, by twelve grandchildren and
seven great grandchildren.
