LEO F. KORTH
Funeral for Leo F. Korth, an architect and a founder
of the Oregon Loungers Golf Association, will be at A.J. Rose & Son Chapel.
Interment will be in Willamette National Cemetery.
Mr. Korth died of heart failure in a Portland hospital
Monday. He was 55.
Born Jan. 20, 1917, in Rainier, he had lived in Portland
most of his life. He was graduated from Oregon State University.
Mr. Korth was a veteran of World War II and a member
of one of the first Seabee units. He also was a member of Elks Lodge 142.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; a daughter, Sharon
Cook, and a sister, Ann Walton, all of Portland.
(Mr. Korth is actually buried in Portland, but does have a headstone in Balch Cemetery)
