IRENE MCNABB

     Irene B. McNabb, a 60-year resident of Lyle, died March 16 in The Dalles.
     She was born on June 25 in Placerville, Calif., to Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Benedict. She was a member of the Lyle Federated Women's Club and did clerical work for her husband who did logging and cattle business.
     Survivors include one sister, Elaine McCusker, Portland; two nieces, Dorothy Myers, Lyle, and Betty Benedict, Salem; and one nephew, Ten Mile, Ore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fay L. McNabb.
     Rev. Steve Schroeder conducted the funeral services for Mrs. McNabb at 2 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home.
