"Local News"

     Leland Lloyd Walden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Loren E. Walden of Glenwood passed away from acute indigestion on July 28th at the age of 3 years, 2 months and 27 days. Services were held at the Glenwood church, Rev. G. Good of Trout Lake officiating. The remains were laid to rest in the Glenwood cemetery, the funeral being in charge of Gardner's Service.

     Funeral services were held last Wednesday afternoon at the church for the small son of Mr. and Mrs. Woldon, of Laurel. The child died very suddenly at White Salmon on Monday evening and friends of the bereaved family extend their sincere sympathy to the sorrow stricken family.
