HEART FAILS LYLE WATERS

     Funeral services for Lyle Leland Waters, 70, Cook, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 2 at Gardner's Chapel, White Salmon. The Rev. Alfred Palmer will officiate. Burial will be and the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
     Mr. Waters was born Jan. 7, 1890 in Seattle and has lived at Mill-A Flat since 1932. He was a plumber by trade.
     After rallying from a series of serious heart attacks, Mr. Waters succumbed at his home Monday evening, Nov. 28.
     He is survived by his widow Norma, whom he married in Vancouver, May 14, 1919; a son Wayne of Portland, Ore.; and a daughter, Donna Suiter of Brookings, Ore.; seven grandchildren and one great grand child.
     Also by his mother, Mrs. Iva Bradley of Portland; two brothers, Damon of Salem, Ore., and Willard of Stayton, Ore.; and a sister Lelia Jacobs of Fresno, Calif..
