LAURA M. BEEKS
Laura M. Beeks, a resident of White Salmon for the last
43 years, died Dec. 25 at the age of 77.
She was born Jan. 21, 1904 in Goldendale to Mr. and Mrs.
Richard Dingman.
A homemaker, Mrs, Beeks was also a member of the Mt.
View Grange and Auxiliary, the Emblem Club and the Bethel Congregational
Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Anna Mae Crump, Seattle;
one son, Robert W. Beeks, Trout Lake; one brother, Harold Dingman, Kennewick,
three sisters, Gladys Meyers, Toppenish, Cynthia Beeks, Dallesport and Estella
Greenfield, Palm Springs; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Gardner
Funeral Home, with Dr. Ted Holland officiating. Interment was in Trout Lake.
Contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
