The Klickitat County Agriculturist, Goldendale, WA., December 11, 1909, page 1
Lewis Bunnell died at his home at Centerville on Wednesday last. He had been in poor health for some time past, the immediate cause of his death being tuberculosis of the throat. He had formerly resided near Salem, Oregon, but not liking the climate returned to Klickitat. He was about 32 years of age, and leaves a wife and four young children. He was a brother of county assessor Frank L. Bunnell, Grant and Ab Bunnell. The funeral services were held on Friday, Dec. 10th, the interment taking place at the Centerville cemetery. The sympathies of the people go out to Mrs. Bunnell in her hour of sad bereavement, with her family of little children.
