R.C. LOCHRIDGE 101 YEARS OLD; RITES TODAY

     Robert C. Lochridge, 101 years of age, passed away on September 27 at Skyline hospital here.  Mr. Lochridge would have been 102 on November 18.
     He entered Skyline Hospitals Nursing Home on November 3, 1967.
     He was born on November 18, 1868 in Mississippi, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Laffeyette Lochridge.  Last November he celebrated his 101st birthday at Skyline and had a birthday party at which Skyline hospital personnel joined in helping him celebrate.
     At that time he received a personal letter from President Nixon congratulating him.
     He is survived by a son, Robert M. Lochridge of Redondo Beach, California; Leora Jones of Burbank, California; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
     Graveside services are to be held today Thursday, October 1, at 10 o'clock with Rev. Eugene Haynes officiating.  Interment will be in Goodwill Cemetery.
