LLOYD BROCK
Lloyd R. Brock, a former Glenwood resident, died Thursday,
Jan. 6, in Quartzsite, Ariz., at the age of 87.
Mr. Brock was born July 25, 1912, in Cooks, to Jacob
L. and Flora A. Brock. He was a truck driver for Yellow Freight for 39 years.
He and his wife, Isoline, had just moved to Quartzside three months ago.
Mr. Brock is survived by his wife, Isoline Sprague Brock;
sons Dwayne Brock, Waukomis, Okla., Rodney Brock, Glendale, Ariz., Shelby
Brock and Lloyd Brock, both of Cornville, Ariz., and Paul Brock, Sedano,
Ariz.; daughters Rita Sleight, Washougal, and Evelyn Weatherspoon, Elgin,
Ore.; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Brock will be held Thursday,
Jan. 13, 2000, at 11 a.m. at Gardner Funeral Home in White Salmon. Internment
will be at Chris Zada Cemetery in Underwood.
Arrangements were handled by Gardner Funeral Home of
White Salmon.
