LOUISE PAGE
Louise Rebecca Page, 85, a resident of the Hood River
Care Center for the last two years, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at her
home.
She was born July 1, 1918, in Ellensburg, to Edward B.
and Grace (Bradley) DeWees. She grew up in Ellensburg, Seattle, and Tacoma.
In 1948 she moved to the White Salmon area, to Puyallup in 1969, and to Trout
Lake in 1981.
She was an avid gardner and enjoyed bird watching. She
was past Matron of Vida Chapter #35, Order of the Eastern Star in
Tacoma.
She is survived by her sister Barbara Cordes, Puyallup;
brother Bud Zimple, Seattle; her children Myra Birkett, Hood River, Robert
Page, Vancouver, and Cora Lee Warner, Trout Lake; seven grandchildren and
nine great-grandchildren.
Her family will observe private ceremonies of
remembrance.
Arrangements are by Columbia Cremation & Burial.
