DEATH CLAIMS LEONARD KOCH
Leonard W. Koch, 39, 1306 West Fourth street, succumbed
in a Seattle hospital this morning after having been confined there for two
weeks. He was injured in an accident at the Merrill-Ring Logging camp in
June, 1936.
Funeral services will be held at the Christman Mortuary
Saturday afternoon, june 26 at one o'clock with the Eagles Lodge in
charge.
Born in Wisconsin November 29, 1897 the late Mr. Koch
married Bernice Smiley in North Dakota June 27, 1920 and they came here the
following year. Mr. Koch was a logger and followed that vocation all during
his residence here. He belonged to the Port Angeles Aerie of Eagles.
Surviving are the widow, two sons, Lloyd and Frank and
a daughter, Bernice, of Port Angeles and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James
Koch, also of this city.
