COUNTY PIONEER BURIED SUNDAY
Mary Erickson, well known resident and pioneer of Klickitat
county, passed away at the home of her daughter in Glenwood, November 20,
1942 at the age of 88 years, 5 months and five days.
She leaves to mourn her passing one son, Fred Erickson,
of Wishram; two daughters, Mary Keel, of Glenwood and Annette Sisson, of
White Salmon; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held from the Phillips Funeral
Home in Goldendale, Sunday, November 22 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. C.J. Hall, of the
Methodist Church officiated. Interment was in the Centerville Grange cemetery.

The many friends here were grieved to learn of the death
of Mrs. Erickson, Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Keel of Glenwood.
Funeral services were held in Goldendale Sunday with burial in the Centerville
cemetery.
Mrs. Erickson leaves to mourn her loss two daughters,
Mrs. Keel of Glenwood, Mrs. Sisson of White Salmon; a son, Fred Erickson
of Wishram; a step-son, Albert Erickson of Centerville, and four grandchildren,
besides a host of friends. This community extends its heartfelt sympathy
to the family.

Mrs. Erickson, mother of Mary Keel, passed away Friday at the Keel home. She was buried Sunday at Centerville in the family lot. She was 88 years old and had been helpless for several months.
