MRS. NELSON OF DAYTON IS DEAD

     DAYTON (Special) -- Mrs. Mary E. Nelson, 115 W. Clay, died Saturday at a Walla Walla hospital where she had been about two weeks. She was 67.
     Funeral services are arranged for 10:30 a.m Tuesday at DeWitt Funeral Home chapel in Walla Walla with burial in the Waitsburg I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
     Born Jan. 19, 1892 in Buffalo, Minn., Mrs. Nelson had lived here 31 years. She married Frank Nelson in Milton Nov. 12, 1912. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
     Survivors, besides her husband, are one daughter, Mrs. Harlan (Joy) Trull of Longview, Wash.; her mother, Mrs. Nellie Vail of Lyle, Wash.; four sisters, Mrs. Don Carlock of Orofino, Idaho, Mrs. A.H. Strode of Cascade Locks, Ore., Mrs. Edith Reed of Portland and Mrs. Helen Brown of Vancouver, Wash.; five brothers, Morris Hathaway of Glenwood, Wash.; Herb Hathaway of The Dalles and Everett, Wayne and Lester Hathaway, all of Lyle, Wash.
