COOPER
Mabel M. Cooper, 71, of Goldendale passed away on Fri.,
Jan. 10 at her home. She was born on May 14, 1920 at Moorhead, Minn., to
Francis and Marie Abbot.
The family moved to Yakima in 1925 where Cooper attended
schools. She married Delwin Cooper on January 31, 1936 and moved to Goldendale
that same year.
They operated Triplex Cleaners in Goldendale until retiring
in 1955.
Cooper is survived by two daughters, Joyce Aguon of
Goldendale and Janet Jump of Selah; seven grandchildren and ten great
grandchildren; three brothers, Harvey Abbott of Goldendale, Herbert Abbott
of the Tri Cities and Frank Abbott of Auburn. Two sisters, Arlene Scheuning
of Kent and Francis Hanson of Visalia, Calif. also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband in1976 and one
sister, Pauline Bush.
She enjoyed sewing and gardening
At her request, no public services are schedule. Arrangements
were under the care of Knosher-Erdman Funeral Home.
