MARY S. LADIGES

     Mary Ladiges of Glenwood died in Goldendale Friday, Feb. 1. Mrs. Ladiges was 79.
     She was born Aug. 20, 1911 in Grettna, Neb. She attended school there and attended college in Lincoln, Neb.
     Dec. 21, 1945, she married Arthur Ladiges in Lincoln. They settled at the family ranch at Glenwood, where she enjoyed being a homemaker and sewing. She was a member of the Women's Club and the Pioneer Association in Glenwood. Mrs. Ladiges was also a member of the Elks and the Legion Auxiliary.
     Mrs. Ladiges is survived by her husband, Arthur Ladiges of Glenwood; sons Jerry Ladiges of Glenwood, Robert Ladiges of Linden, and Michael Ladiges of Hermiston, Ore.; sister, Ethel Buesing of Omaha, Neb.; and four grandchildren.      Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 6, at Glenwood Community Church with Pastor Gary Wilderbuer. Interment was at Mt. Adams Cemetery under the care of Knosher-Erdman Funeral Home. Pallbearers included Rich Wheelhouse, Harry Miller, Craig Page, Tod Dechand, Dave Coate and Skip Burril.

     Mary Ladiges, 79, of Glenwood died Friday, Feb. 1, 1991, in Goldendale.
     She was born Aug. 20, 1911 in Gretna, Neb. She attended schools there, and college in Lincoln, Neb. She and Arthur Ladiges were united in marriage on Dec. 31, 1945 in Lincoln; they returned to the family ranch at Glenwood.
     Mrs. Ladiges enjoyed being a homemaker and sewing. She was a member of the women's club and the Pioneer Association in Glenwood, and was also a member of the Elks and Legion Auxiliary.
     Survivors include her husband, Arthur, of Glenwood, and three sons: Jerry, Glenwood; Robert, Linden, Wash.; and Michael, Hermiston, Ore.; one sister, Ethel Buesing, Omaha, Neb., and four grandchildren.
     Services were Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Glenwood Community Church. Pastor Gary Wilderbuer officiating. Interment was in Mt. Adams Cemetery under the care of Knosher-Erdman Funeral Home.
     Pallbearers included Rich Wheelhouse, Harry Miller, Craig Page, Tod Dechand, Dave Coate and Skip Burril.
