NELS D. LINDE SERVICES HELD JANUARY 19TH

     Funeral services were held for Nels D. Linde on January 19th at 11:00 a.m. at Gardner's Funeral Home in White Salmon, Washington. Interment was in the Lyle Cemetery in Lyle, Washington. Rev. Henry B. Wong of the Grace Lutheran Church of Klickitat officiated at the services.
     Mr. Linde was born in Jamshogs, Blekinge, Sweden March 18, 1903. He became a United States citizen when he was 23 years old.
     He married Verna Wols in Vancouver, Washington on September 10, 1929. Also in 1929 he and his bride moved to Klickitat, Washington and had lived there ever since. He was an electrician and had worked for J. Neils Lumber Company and the for St. Regis Lumber Company.
     Mr. Linde passed away January 15th at the age of 70 years.
     He is survived by his wife, Verna, of Klickitat; one son, Elwood Linde, of San Clemente, California and four grandchildren.
