Death does not end our friendship true
We are all debtors to the dead.
There wait on everything we do,
The splendid souls who've gone ahead
So then we hold that we are bound.
By double pledges to be fine
Who once has had a friend has found
The link twixt mortal and divine.

Services were conducted from the Hartland Church on Monday, May 7th, at 2:30, Elder S.C. Eshelman, of the Centerville Church of Christ officiating, interment following in the cemetery at Hartland where the body was laid to rest. Arrangements were in charge of M.W. Chapman, funeral director.
