NELLIE McGAUGHEY

     Nellie McGaughey was born in McCracken, Ks., on January 8, 1894, and died in Goldendale on February 3, 1969. She married Joseph T. McGaughey at McCracken, Ks., on June 25, 1913.
     She has been a resident of Goldendale for 11 years and was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by a son in 1915 and a daughter in 1957.
     Survivors include her husband, Joseph McGaughey; four sons, Barney McGaughey, Vancouver, Wa.; Wilbur McGaughey, Baker, Or.; Donald McGaughey, Fremont, Cal.; and Basil McGaughey, Goldendale; and two daughters, Mrs. Robert Bell, Wenatchee, Wa., and Mrs. L.F. Tucker, Goldendale. One brother, Frank Casey, Newton, Ks.; 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grand children also survive.
     Services will be held Thursday (today) at 10:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Patrick Byron officiating. Interment will be in the Holy Trinity Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jerry Verellen, Frank Grillo, Ray Hoffeditz, James Rafferty, Charles Hoctor and Bill Taylor.
