ORLAND C. ZIMMERMAN FUNERAL AT LYLE FEB. 7
Funeral services were held at Lyle Monday, February 7,
for Orland C. Zimmerman, who passed away February 4 at Goldendale. He was
born in Missouri September 29, 1885, and came to White Salmon in 1891 at
the age of five. Rev. Gallaher officiated, and interment was in the Lyle
cemetery.
He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Lockart, of Grand
Junction, Colorado; Mrs. Conklin, of Lyle, Washington, and Mrs. Thompson,
of Tacoma, Washington; two brothers: Arthur Zimmerman and Vern Zimmerman,
both of White Salmon, and a granddaughter, Betty Lou Zimmerman, of Portland,
Oregon.

The funeral of Arland Zimmerman, who passed away in Goldendale, February 4 was held in the Lyle church Monday afternoon and he was buried in the Balch cemetery. He was 59 years of age.

Our community extends their sympathy to the Conklin family at the passing of her brother, Mr. Zimmerman, who has been ill for several years. Funeral services were held at Lyle Monday afternoon.

LYLE MAN PASSES; SERVICES MONDAY
Funeral services were held Monday at Lyle for Orlando
Chesley Zimmerman, 59, Lyle resident, who passed away at the Goldendale General
hospital, where he had been merman was laid to rest in the Balch family,
where Mr. Winter served cemetery.
He is survived by one brother, Vern, of White Salmon
and a sister, Mrs. C.L. Conklin, of Lyle.
