OSMAR KUHNHAUSEN
Lifelong Glenwood resident Osmar J. Kuhnhausen died at
his home in Glenwood May 26, 1991, at the age of 94.
Mr. Kuhnhausen was born March 3, 1897 in Camas Prairie
to Antonie and Oscar Kuhnhausen. He was born and raised in Glenwood , quitting
school early to help his father with the family farm. He was widowed twice
before marrying Wanee Gravelle on June 30, 1987, in Prosser. He was a member
of the Glenwood Baptist Church, a charter member of Mt. Adams BPOE, a member
of Glenwood Grange 94, and on the board of directors for Hell Roaring Irrigation
Company for 40 years. He was named Pioneer Cattleman.
He is survived by his wife, Wanee, Glenwood; sister,
Wallie Pierce, Glenwood, and six step-children.
Services for Mr. Kuhnhausen will be held friday at 1
p.m. at the Glenwood Baptist Church, with Pastors Glynn Bolch and Dave Tuckness
officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Adams Cemetery in Glenwood.
