RITES HELD FOR ORA BELL ELKIN

     Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Gardner's Funeral Home for Mrs. Ora Bell Elkin, formerly of Trout Lake.
     The Rev. Roger L. Clevenger, pastor of Bethel Congregational church, officiated. Burial was in the Odd Fellow cemetery beside her husband George M. who died in May 1955.
     Mrs. Elkins was born April 21, 1877 at Dufur, Oregon. For the past four years she has been a patient in a Battle Ground nursing home. She died Friday, August 30, after two days in Clark County hospital, Vancouver.
     Mrs. Elkin is survived by her son Garland M. Elkin of Hermiston, Oregon, and a brother, Ray D. Clark of Rainier, Oregon.
