OTIS ST. LAWRENCE PASSES; SERVICES HERE TUESDAY
Funeral services for Otis St. Lawrence, 57, well known
Klickitat pioneer, who passed away at the Medical Lake hospital Friday, March
24, following a lingering illness of two years, will be held from the Phillips
Funeral Home in Goldendale today (Thursday, March 30) at 2 p.m. with the
Rev. Jefferson, of White Salmon, officiating. Interment will be made in the
Grange Cemetery at Centerville.
Mr. St. Lawrence was born in Centerville, September 7,
1887, being the youngest son of George B. and Jeanette St. Lawrence. He was
married to Clara Collins, April 8, 1916, who survives. To this union three
children were born, all of whom survive. They are: Henry, of Camas; Gertrude
Paasch, of North Bonneville; Pvt. Orin, of Scott Field, Illinois. Two brothers,
George, of White Salmon and Will, of Hartland, and one sister, Mrs. Ralph
Crevling, of Goldendale and four grandchildren, Vernadelane and LeRoy St.
Lawrence of Camas and Rita and Lorraine Paasch, of North Bonneville.
