POLLY DRESSEL DIES
Services for Pauline Dressel, wife of Jack Dressel, were conducted Tuesday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Goldendale. Mrs. Dressel had a severe case of influenza early in December which led to pneumonia and other complications, and she was in and out of St. Elizabeth Hospital in Yakima. She died Feb. 7, 1974.

POLLY DRESSEL
Pauline Marie Dressel was born Nov. 23, 1917 in Seattle
to Marie and Clinton Hiatt. She died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Yakima
on Feb. 7, 1974 at the age of 56.
After attending Seattle schools, she was married in San
Francisco on May 1, 1937 to Jack Dressel of Goldendale.
She is survived by her husband in Goldendale; her daughter
Vicky Jeter of Lewiston, Idaho, and sons Jack Jr. of Goldendale, Craig of
Portland and Vincent of Spokane; a brother, Denver Hiatt of Tacoma, and three
sisters: Ruby Earl of Juneau, Ak., Ruth Johnson of Seattle and Georgianna
(Orey) Kellogg of Edmonds.
Following the services, the ladies of the Altar Society
furnished refreshments to the family and those attending. Services were held
Feb. 12 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. John Marasciulo officiating.
Honorary pallbearers were Matt Jacobson, Jerry Miller,
Virgil Oltmanns and Harold Morgan. Active pallbearers were Bernie Shepler,
Gerald Gibson, Calvin Linden, Gerald Shepler and John Foster. Interment was
at the Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Knosher Funeral Home.
