FUNERAL OF PETER A. WYERS HELD AT GARDNER'S

     Peter Antone Wyers, well known White Salmon resident passed away Tuesday, September 16th, following a weeks illness at the West Klickitat Hospital.
     Peter Antone Wyers was 69 years old last April, born in Holland, he came here in 1891, and has lived here ever since.
     He was married to Lydia Abshier who preceded him in death.
     Funeral services were held yesterday at Gardner's Funeral home with Rev. George officiating. The Odd Fellows lodge was in charge. Peter Wyers was a member of that organization for 30 years. He leaves two brothers, John and Teunis, and two sisters, Minnie Shepler of Portland, and Mrs. Gertie Kreps of White Salmon, besides numerous nieces and nephews.
