ROBERT NORRIS
Robert E. Norris, a resident of White Salmon for the
last 29 years, died Saturday in White Salmon at the age of 50.
Mr. Norris was born March 10, 1932, in Clear Springs,
Mo., to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Norris. He was a barker operator at SDS Lumber
Co., a member of the Eagles Lodge and a veteran of the Korean conflict.
He is survived by his mother, Nettie Norris, White Salmon;
his children, D. Gail McCoy, White Salmon, and Robert E. Norris Jr., Bingen;
and three sisters, Lucille Albert and Nora Krebs, both of White Salmon; and
Clara Taylor, Husum.
Funeral services for Mr. Norris were held Tuesday at
10 a.m. at Gardner Funeral Home with Rev. David Garrison officiating. Interment
was in the White Salmon Cemetery.
