REX SALMON
Rex Salmon, the sixteen year old son of Mr. and Mrs.
John P. Salmon, died this morning at 3:30 at the family home in this city.
He was taken sick with the "flu" on the last day of January and for over
a month had been very ill. Although he had showed some improvement and there
had been every hope of his recovery, the poisoning in his system as the result
of flu pneumonia was more than he could resist.
Deceased was born 16 years ago at Commanche, Okla., and
had lived here with his parents for 7 years. Rex attended the local schools
and was popular with his school mates who mourn his loss. The family have
the sympathy of the whole city in their bereavement.
The funeral will be held at the home tomorrow (Saturday)
at two o'clock P.M.
CARD OF THANKS
We wish to extend our sincere thanks to the many neighbors and friends who have been so kind and helpful during the sickness and death of our beloved son and brother.
