RUBY WILLIAMS

     Ruby Fern Williams, a longtime resident of Glenwood died Sunday in Goldendale at the age of 71.
     She was born Jan. 1, 1908 in Otoe County, Neb., to Mr. and Mrs. Colonel L. Walker. She lived in Glenwood for the past 35 years where she was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.
     Survivors include her husband Elwood Williams, Glenwood; two children, Betty Woodmansee, Goldendale, and Richard Lee Williams, Glenwood; a brother, Virgil Walker, Shingleton, Calif.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
     Rev. Glen Bolsch conducted the funeral service for Mrs. Williams Wednesday (Jan 10) morning at 11 a.m. at the Baptist Church in Glenwood. Burial was in the Mt. Adams Cemetery at Glenwood.
