ROCKLAND KIRK BENJAMIN
A Sunnymeade, Calif., resident who spent most of his
life in the White Salmon area, Rockland Kirk Benjamin died June 31 at the
age of 30.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Benjamin
of BZ Corners; two brothers. Harvey M. Benjamin, San Bruno, Ca., and Gary
R. Benjamin, Sunnymeade, Calif.; three sisters, LeLane Westby, Burlingame,
Calif., Faye Hardy, BZ Corners, and Jody Ensminger, Underwood.
Services were at 2 p.m. June 26 at Gardner Funeral Home,
White Salmon, with Mt. Adams Elks Lodge #1868 officiating. Gardner Funeral
Home, Inc., was funeral director, and interment was in the Trout Lake Cemetery.
Mr. Benjamin was born Jan. 24, 1950 in International
Falls, Minn. He was a member of Mt. Adams Elks Lodge, the Eagles Lodge and
the Moose Lodge.
