RITES HELD FOR RALPH M. HAMM

     Funeral services for Ralph M. Hamm, 77, of Lyle will be held at 1 p.m. today, Thursday, Dec. 7 at Gardner's Chapel, White Salmon. the Rev. Roger L. Clevenger will officiate. Burial will be in the Balch Cemetery, Lyle.
     Casket bearers are: (active) Russell Hunter, Elmer Beeks, Ottis Shields, Larry Sorensen, Lloyd McNabb and Vernon Cochenour; (honorary) Frank Wink, Landon Willis, Frank Bradford and E.H. Struck.
     Mr. Hamm was born April 21, 1884 in North Carolina and has been a resident of Lyle vicinity for 47 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Pendleton, Ore. He died on Saturday, Dec. 2 at Lyle.
     Survivors include his widow, Fleda Clara Hamm; daughter, Mrs. Shirley Tanner; son, Marshall Hamm; four grandchildren, all of Lyle; and a sister, Mrs. Laura Neepier of Baltimore, Md.
